How do you install new tracks on a TL140 Rubber Track Loader?

I have the old tracks off already, but I need to know the best way to install new ones. My machine is a Takeuchi TL140.

To tell the truth I am not familiar with the loader, but maybe the video of changing rubber Terra Track tracks on a Tucker Sno-cat will be close enough.
